The houses are heated to normal room temperature through a floor heating system. For additional heating in winters or rainy days, movable radiators are provided for each apartment.* Wood for the stoves is available free of charge and stored in the garden. Parking is reserved for one car per apartment. The apartments are equipped with bed sheets and towels. Laundry facilities for personal items are also provided for washing and drying.

* Electricity is provided through a 6kW solar system belonging to the Casas das Flores. The system is also connected to the islands electricity grid using mostly power generated through water turbines.

Summer months are: April – October; Winter months are: November – March

Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled until 3-month free of charge before the reservation arrival date, after that date 25% will be charged.

Payments: Please note that we can only accept cash or advanced bank transfers. For bookings using credit card, please use our listings on AirBnB (only Casa do Peão: Lareira and Padeira), Abritel, or Booking.com.
